Pricing

  We offer announcer setup services for corporate presents and awards.  For the announcements, we utilize a wired Studio Boom Cardioid Microphone.  Guests will be provided with 900 MHz Digital microphones; Hand Held, Table Mounted or Floor Stand. Lapel or Over the Ear, up to a combination of four devices. Two Turbosound IP1000 V2 Speakers provide a 120 degree coverage for the room.  This generally will serve up to 150 guests.

The price will range between $500.00 to $950 based on the hours of service.

* Restrictions in Schools and Hotel environment due to Fire Alarm System.

Trussing, Video and Co2 Cannons require extensive set up and tear down time.

Venues generally do not allow Confetti Cannon do to extensive clean up.

Corporate Events

Wedding Ceremonies are the most difficult for sound and outside setups.  Generally we will use the Turbosound IP 1000 V2 speakers.  These are Bluetooth enabled and in combination with the Zoom Live Track L8 Digital Mixer, provides the highest sound quality for the Ceremony.  The Bride and Groom is setup with one Laverlear Microphone each and the Officiant is mic’ed with two Laverlear microphones.  

Generally the cost for this is $350.00

Pool and Lake Parties

Basic outdoor Setup. Includes DJ Controller, Two Speakers with Sub Woofer, Two Moving Heads and Two Scanners.  Also includes four LED Par Lights on tripods.

Micro Weddings and and Parties

For Weddings and Events, up to 100 guests and friends, we provide the equipment suited for the layout and configuration of the room. Included are six LED Hex PAR uplights, six LED Hex Par Lights, Six Moving Spots.  All are DMX controlled.  Additional decorative lights are also included.

4 Hours of service is $1,800.00

Large Weddings & Events

Large Truss System.  Six to Eight Moving Heads, Video Wall consisting of a 2X2 configuration of 4, 55’ Sharp TV’s. Video’s, Song Lyrics and Graphics available on selected music. Live video of event.  Haze & Fog.* Strobe lights and Blinders, Truss Warmers with HEX LED Par Light for uplighting. Confetti Cannon is also available.* Truss measures approximately 19.5 Feet wide by 9’ 10” high (11’ height clearance) and 3’ 4” deep.

Stage area requirement is 22’ Wide, 12’ in height and 9’ deep for Speakers and DJ Booth. Two Co2 Cannons are available.* Lighting is Sound Active, DMX Controlled and Programmed Lighting.  Wireless Microphones for Guests. GoBo optional.
