Pricing for Corporate Events, depending upon the request, depending on the level required could range into thousands of dollars.  Basic events start at $500.00 for 4 Hrs.  This is generally a small setup designed primarily used to provide background music for dinner and cocktails.  The selection of music is generally slow paced with selections from the 50’s and 60’s, generally based on the age group.

Also included is a wireless microphone for announcements and presentations. The equipment generally used for this type of event would be the basic two tripod mounted speakers, sub woofer, along with the DJ controller and table. Six up lights and two moving heads compliment the background ambiance.

An option GoBo would also be available for and additional charge. These units may have a 4 week delivery date.  The average cost for a GoBo is about $85.00.

Corporate Pricing

Larger Corporate events, based on the amount of people, could average $3,000.00 for a setup.  This would include your basic cocktail hour, then migrate into the main entertainment area.  This would include the trussing, 55” TV’s, wireless microphones, and lighting. Generally we are estimating 6 hours of service in most cases. We recommend that we discuss a suggested music list for your event.  No one knows better than you what types of music your guests would enjoy other than you.  

Corporate Audio Setup. This includes any combination of 4, 900 MHz wireless devices.  These include Wireless Table top Microphones, Single Floor Stands for wireless microphones, Over the Ear microphones and/or ¼” TR connections. As an example, three wireless table microphones and one wireless microphone on a floor stand.  We have the capability of adding two additional wired microphones with a 50 ft. Cable.  Another option is for an inbound cell phone caller to connect with a TRRS 3.5mm connection.  Cell phone must have an headset connection.  IPhone 11 or above requires adapter.  PA Speakers supplied are the Turbosound IP 1000W, V.2 powered column speakers. Each speaker has a 120 range of coverage. A ZOOM Live Trak L-8 Digital Mixer is provided for an even and balanced volume for all audio.
